TCDD 2. Bölge Müdürlüğü içinde yer alan demiryolu araştırma ve teknoloji merkezi (DATEM) yaklaşık 8.700m2 inşaat alanına sahiptir. Binada betonarme ve prekast yapı tekniği kullanılmıştır.

Railway research and technology center (DATEM), located in TCDD 2nd regional directorate, has approx. 8.700m2 construction area Concrete and precast building technique is used
